Update on my forthcoming album, The Red and The Blue. 95% of the music is recorded for the 10 tracks. There are just some additional touches needed.

Today, I consolidated all the lyrics written so far and I reckon about 30% of the words are there. See screenshot. For those who have a close look – some of the apparent lines of text just indicate where words need to go. Also, most of the track names are working titles.

Of the lyrics I’ve completed, I’m really excited about some of them. I’ve kept a lot of the words which came into my head when writing the melody and quite a lot of that is heartfelt stuff. So I’m hoping people will connect with some of this. I just have to sing it all well. I’m having some vocal coaching to help with this.

There are still months of work to do before the album is ready for release.
